Oof, tough long at Teanaway Forks. Fun and challenging course by Eric Jones. I screwed up 3 simply by not going far enough and confusing myself, bobbled 9, and badly blew 12 and 13 in quick succession which tilted me greatly and I was cashed after that. I started early because I wanted to get back to Seattle by 1pm for a Sounders game and was counting on about 90min for this course; I got to the game about 15min late, largely due to my errors. Felt more spry than the previous day, which is good.

Score-O at Dickey Creek, a new map of more Teanaway goodness. I've been dealing with a pretty unpleasant stomach bug for the past three days; I was down some 5-7 lbs. Probably not COVID though, since no symptoms beyond nausea and gastrointestinal issues. Anyway, I didn't know whether I'd be able to run today, but this AM was the first time I've felt more or less normal since Tuesday. Still, energy level out there was lower than normal, as would be expected, but the orienteering and socializing was excellent. HR reading surely erroneous.
