GNC sprint. Made a silly direction mistake out of the start for about 15s lost. Pretty clean other than that, though it wasn't a particularly challenging or interesting sprint. I stubbed my toe twice in quick succession on some metal bracketing and afterward was worried it would be too swollen/sore to run the subsequent days, which would have been very irksome.
