CROC event at Hamilton Island. Enjoyable orienteering in a spectacular setting. I got stuck wallowing about in a swamp for a bit, as recent rains meant things were quite a bit wetter than usual.

Afterward we had lunch in Stevenson, then did the short hike to the top of Multnomah Falls. I was walking down the trail and got yanked by the dog (which happens frequently) and took an awkward step or something and felt sudden pain in L hamstring. Any kind of real injury right now would be super annoying.
