hillrep session with the pram. around 6% (runnable rather than hiking as the last ones have been)
On the ups holding UP on the handle of the pram to load the legs. worked surprisingly well

sss earlwood with May in the pram.
felt sluggish from the start, then noticed that May had dropped her Thor-doll when she fell asleep, so had to backtrack 3 controls to get it. Low points and overtime at the end.
Pretty great course setting, given the map... i never would have thought it possible to set a course with nobody clearing it on that map.
Some sketchy/dodgy map decisions though with oob not being very clear in my opinion

from north avoca south to copacabana. Had hoped to following the rock shelf all the way around, but was wet and rough ocean, and the rock shelf was way sketchier than expected.
Ondrej later reminded me that we did it together a number of years ago and i now remember shitting myself then as well.
So ended up doubling back and going up some stairs/firetrail etc which was equally pleasant with some good vert.
