Legs really shattered from the weekend... don't remember the last time my legs were this shattered from running. feels like a post-marathon sort of level of shatteredness.

Mostly trail and bare-rock terrain.
Lots of smaller mistakes, but relocating was pretty good today.
Made my bigger mistakes at
2 (before i got a handle of how the trails were mapped)
12 (there was another control VERY close to 12, also next to a knoll, and 12 was very much hidden. i'm sure a lot of people will have mp-ed here)
15 (wasn't really thinking and went on the wrong path around the tennis court)

54 minutes, which wasn't great for div1, but about expected given my experience.

Pleasant running, lots of limestone mud/clay.

Coastal classic route with Prong (minus the last loop in bundeena)
Felt pretty good until the last km where both of our legs fell apart, probably due to the long fast downhill.
Great cold dip in bundeena at the end, and, as always amazing views the whole way.

Pretty shattered afterwards, needed to drink a bit more water.

7 untimed intervals on the way home from work along the wharves, varying in length from 2-3 mins, around 5km pace.
Think i need to be a bit more organized with interval sessions, as its too easy to cop-out, or have a longer rest period otherwise.

Long haul back to sydney.
Had a great time in London. Perhaps not "restful" or "productive", but definitely fun!
Now to try a get this flight out of my legs.
