ran up at a fairly steady, but consistent pace, then came back down, met anne and walked back up.

Regents park laps. tried to ride tempo. not a bad workout.
Pretty hard to keep a LTHR on the bike (off the turbo) given all the stops, so might have to figure out a target speed, and do it more by feel... anyway, this felt right. couldn't really talk, but would have been able to utter words.

11 hillreps of swains. kept quite consistent at 3:50 each lap.
Tried to smash the first one as a benchmark and was a second off my best, which is a good sign (especially as i was on my cross bike)
