11 hillreps of swains. kept quite consistent at 3:50 each lap. Tried to smash the first one as a benchmark and was a second off my best, which is a good sign (especially as i was on my cross bike)

Surrey Hills Trail Race. Kinda wanted to nail this, and didn't do TOO badly. Found it very frustrating that my mapreading let me down so much. i reckon i probably lost 5 minutes on fumbling around.
Great fun though. Terrain was fantastic, lots of hills and views and woods. Probably would have enjoyed it more if i'd approached it less as a race.
Body held up well except for lower legs, which is to be expected.

Ran to the pool only to find out it was closed for a women's only session. Thought my hair would have let us in but no. 9km relaxed. was difficult. core still very sore from Monday
