HR and fitness felt good, and good mood/energy.
Legs definately need a solid rest day tomorrow for Friday's 26k slog then a big weekend on the bike.

Strides and 1 fast lap of greenland quay. Unfortunately GPS wasn't accurate enough to count as a strava segment attempt, but could do better anyway.
Knees and feet still a bit sore from yesterday's walk... gotta get myself some trailshoes for that sort of stuff i think

Spent my Saturday morning running away from the Cocopop monkey, but luckily for me (and the passers by) there was a public toilet open at the maritime museum... destroyed it.
Couple of nice hills in Greenwich, overtook a cyclist on one.

Legs feel a bit tight, but fitness feels good, could have cracked an extra couple of kms i reckon...

Caught a train to SevenOaks with Jason and Anne and did a ride out of a book called "Lost Lanes".
Beautiful day.
Jason and Annie were feeling a bit under, so just peddled about sightseeing more than anything which was a bit frustrating. Got to open it up on one hill though about 40 km in which was nice.

a LOOOONG time in the saddle for only 55 kms...

This hurt more than it should have, HR was a bit high for the speed, and didn't quite maintain the 4:10/4:15 i would have liked, although it was hot, and yesterday wasn't quite a rest day.

A bit concerned as it might be a sign that i'm about to get sick, although i do know that i'm on the edge of overtraining at the moment.
Rest day tomorrow, and maybe take the next 7 days a bit easier... it was just a bit tough to cram in the runs i felt like this week, it makes a big difference doing the run on the Saturday and starting mileage a day earlier in the working week...

scrap that, GPS was way off, actually did it at 4:12 which is SPOT ON. good job me!
