Running intervals 40:20 intensity: (25 @1) + (2:38 @2) + (4:35 @3) + (9:35 @4) + (23:07 @5) 8.54 km (4:43 / km) +35m 4:38 / km
ahr:159 max:186 shoes: GT2000 Yellow

Shadwell basin
5*1km intervals with 2min rest. Plan on making these a regular fixture again.

Pretty consistent (3:30-3:40) given little corners and loops on some of the legs, but still slowed a little over the workout.
Great to get back into the speed work, but a little way to go to get back to a sub-17:30 5km (3:30m/ks)

Also, my max heartrate seems to be doing the opposite of the rule.
Over the last 3 years, my max reported heartrate has increased 1bpm each year...
