Running long (hills) 2:13:27 27.1 km (4:56 / km) +245m4:43 / km ahr:145 max:176 shoes: GT2000 Orange
Long commute via greenwich and did 5 easy hillreps there. Very difficult run on account of - didnt take water with me (hydrated well through the day) - took 1 banana, thats it, to intentionally finish in deficit (which i did) - did the hills in the middle so the last 10 km were fatigued. - street-o yesterday took a bit of a sting out of my calves.
Happy-ish with it, need to rest for longruns on the weekend.
