Orienteering (NEOC High Rock) 1:17:00 [3]

Good time at High Rock. I got a little confused a couple times with how the trails were mapped (or not mapped, as the case may be) but readjusted using contours, rocks, water features. Around 9 I slipped and dropped a couple feet down, landing hard and jolting both my ankles. They've both been aching a bit, and I can tell my right one (the one I injured this summer) is a bit weaker so I'll probably wear my brace next time I'm out as a precaution.
