Some exercises run by Quentin Harding. Good fun and got me thinking. Time to get into some more technical stuff

6x15 second shallow hills.
Then 6x15 second steep hills.
Warm up, down and drills also.

Learning about various gyming we can and should be doing.

Some turnabouts on the track with a bit of warming up and down. Feeling pretty ill after such fast running. Got through it though:L

Drills and warm up but gave up after 4 or 5 x 45 second reps. Feeling a bit drained and wasn't worth getting ill again. Probably just from not eating much past few days another rest tomorrow.

At least my appetite is back. Time to put on the around 4 sounds I seem to have lost over the past few days!

To and from friends

cycling intervals 40:00 [4]

Turbo session on a friends turbo. Pretty tough.
2x(40, 50, 60, 70, 80) with 40 seconds rest between reps and five minutes between the sets. Then a 4 minute reasonably easy effort to get most of the rubbish out of my legs. Good session and the rest just easy spinning.
