Cast out some demons from the rather poor JK 2013 run on the same area.
Made a reasonable go of most of the course. Slow and dithery to 1 and lost contact with map (fatigue induced?) on one of the later control costing a couple of minutes. Otherwise not too many navigational mistakes.
Too much mud, brashing and unmapped forestry work to be fully enjoyable, but in good conditions: could be a great area.
Found it physically very hard - would really benefit from better race fitness (for base speed and nav).
Enjoyed string course!
