Felt quite good today, and in the pool in good time, so did an extra couple of lengths. Evens pace up to about half time. Found that the stroke was getting very scrappy and that was slowing me down (63s/50m length) tightened up a bit and achieved 60-61s/length. Feel that general swimming fitness is coming back again.
Monday swim. Bit better than some recent (especially after the two O event weekend), but off pace for 40min session. Slow at start where I had to wait a number of times to overtake.
