Pool seemed very busy to start, but only affected the first 4 lengths (when speed is not representative anyway). Started very strong - possibly too strong because a definite decrease in speed through the water from length 28/30 (loss of poise due to fatigue?), though felt that I was still putting in just as much effort. Lost about 15s over the last 10 lengths. Overall a good session, helped by having other strong swimmers in the lane.
