Stormy outside. Did see some runners pass the house while I was treadmilling. Would have had to put on lots of clothes rather than the t shirt and shorts I was able to wear. Watched "Comedians in Cars ...."

Checking out Darien Lakes State Park for possible orienteering map using a basemap provided by Tom Rycroft. Area is not that great. Nice trails for snowshoeing or backcountry skiing though. Woods pretty thick for the most part. Able to use boots to get around. Temps below 23º F the whole time.

Intended to run outside but near the end of my 3 minute warm up walk it started snowing like mad. That combined with the wind sent me back indoors to the treadmill. Snow stopped soon after. Listened to "The Daily" a New York Times podcast.
