First run after taking a week off for a small head cold. Was cold and rainy outside so opted for the Treadmill. Watched part of "Midnight in Paris". Time includes 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down.

Outside conditions were right at my lower level (0º wind chill) so decided to use the treadmill. Was fine - watched a "Wallendar" from Netflix. Time includes warm up and down. Actually ran for ~ 60 min at varying paces: 10:00, 9:50, and 9:40.

After mapping on Monday couldn't decide whether to do 3 runs and 2 visits to the gym for the rest of the week or 2 runs and 3 visits to the gym. Decided on the former. Got up late from nap at 5:10 and hurried to get out the door. Rain had stopped but was threatening. Since darkness and rain were both approaching decided to run loops in the neighborhood and then loops in the park where the darkness wouldn't be a problem. Got a shower at 35 minutes in and then again at 52 minutes but stuck it out. Temp was 57º which made the rain that much less of a problem.
