Note

Intended to go to gym today but just couldn't work it in. Had consult with retirement planner in late AM and then volunteer driver duties in early PM and then a couple coming over for dinner so I couldn't exactly bail on my wife in the late afternoon. Left shoulder was happy with the skip.
