Bike path to the river. Upstream to Ferry Street bascule bridge. Ferry to Richmond. Then the parkways back and forth to the pedestrian bridge, etc. etc. A nice route.

Headed to the waterfront to see if there was a marked route from the Canalside area to the outer harbor. There was, sort of. Got as far as the Ohio Street bridge in 30 minutes and then turned around. Spent a little time on the side streets near Canisius.

No workout today. Took Caroline to college in Virginia. Stayed overnight with Nick and June in Louisa. Lots of hours on the road.

Note

No exercise today. Instead, got my Swedish fix by taking a road trip to Ikea, stopping for lunch at Port Dalhousie, and stopping at the Duty Free for good Scotch on the way back. A day well spent.

16 minute bike to the bank to deposit orienteering receipts. It was in a supermarket so bought a couple of pastry hearts. Then home to deliver the hearts. Then back out to round out the hour by doing a few laps of the park.
