Sprint and score-O organized by Patty Lyons at Emery Park. Only did the sprint as I was looking for a short run. Happy with time. No problems with knee. Forgot to put inserts in Salomon shoes but didn't realize it until afterwards.

Finally resuming running after giving knee 3 months to get better. It is better but not 100% yet. Still, I couldn't wait any longer. If the running seems to make it worse, I'll quit. It is now a day later and no problems have surfaced yet. My working assumption is that the knee will continue to get better.
