The sailing club had a regatta over the weekend of July 15-16. It was pretty windy for just Barbara and I and I did something to my knees. Felt like an overuse injury. This is being written after the fact and it took a long time to recover.

Meandering throughout both sides of park. Stashed a bottle and had it about 48 minutes in. Ran on cinders, grass, gravel, or dirt where available. Finished at 9:44 AM. 77 degrees F. A nice run. No soreness in chest.

Ran with Ben who's home for the holiday with Amanda. He always goes so fast so I only did the first 30 minutes with him. One loop in the cemetery and then the rest of the time in Delaware Park. Already hot by 10 AM. Felt a little soreness in my chest. Hope it's just muscles. This is what I planned for my max long run to be, so hooray for me.
