Dinner with a bunch of orienteers from the club and our guest mapper from Bulgaria, Valentin Vladimirov. We saw a segment of the Sprague Brook map and it looks good. I got lost trying to find the restaurant that I had ordered chicken wings from.
Tried a run at lunch time. Haven't done that in a very long time. It took a total of an hour to get in the 20 minute run and that was skipping the limbering up before and the stretching afterwards. Took a shower at the marina.
Picking up controls after club's mini-rogaine. Started at 6 PM and wanted to finish before dark and just made it. Could only run on flats and downhill but had a fabulous workout none the less. Started to get a blister on left heel but caught it before the skin broke. Did the time in two segments, 1:30:30 and 58:02.
