Took advantage of a nice day to get started on the map of Cazenovia Park. Thought I would do the golf course part of the park during the off season so as not to get hit by a golf ball and so as to not piss off the golfers. Even so there were several "bandits" I had to watch out for.

Sure is easy to take bearings and pace count on a golf course.

After nap. Almost didn't go but decided that a delayed dinner was better than a missed run especially when the weather was so nice. 38 F. One lap each direction around the golf course, the second lap on the cinders. Felt strong and the splits show it. (Soup for dinner.)

I decided part way through the run that today's game would be to cover all the interior roads in my neighborhood in the shortest amount of time. Overlaps allowed. Roads were clear because the snow has just about all melted. Traffic was light.

Went to the podiatrist today to get a callus on the bottom of my left foot trimmed back. It's been there for a long time but recently has become more annoying. I'm going to try a new strategy for shoe inserts to see if I can get rid of it completely.
