Got to the end of my workout record sheet so planned a new dumbell routine and then figured out weights with a couple of repetitions. Usual stuff: chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, calves, crunches, leg lifts, flutter kicks.
Got back from the rally at 5:30 PM. Did session 2 at level 8. Although I was pretty tired from the rally, the workout felt great. Will get to bed early tonight.
I keep forgetting to check my weight. I swore I would do it at the beginning of each month. The info for the Apr 8-9 A-meet is on-line. Looks like we'll have a family relay.
