Interval Sprints hills (15-30-45sec hill sprints) 40:00 [4] +21m
I did 4 sets of interval hill sprints. 15 sec sprint, walk down, 30 sec sprint, walk down, 45 sec sprint walk down, 3min between sets. I did this on the hill from the athletic fields up past the maintenance shed and falcon club building. the 45 second distance was around 222 meters as measured on google earth.
