Club session. 2 x 2 miles Fishermens and Selworthy loops. 12:03/11:53. 7:30 between waiting for others and jogging back to start. Ran these with RB. MR with us first km on 2nd effort. Breezy on way back. Happy as only borderline recovered after tough several days.
