Long down gopsell wood to shakestone then went along the canal for a bit but then went along Barton Lane into congestone and home.

Reps across the football pitch. Two lines of cones getting further apart. Sprint out jog back. Reps and recovery getting longer. Then go back the other way (reps and recovery getting shorter) then repeat.
Felt quite good and my running technique was quite good so pleased with that. Ofsted inspecting school on surprise visit today tommorow & thursday so that will be interesting...
