Lift 45:00 [3]

Lift by myself in 62 room. Tried doing IOCT stuff afterwards and I could barely pick myself off the ground when I tried the rope climb. I need more workouts like this.

I need to get back into lifting/Core. Spring break isn't too far away...

Red Course. Did about an hour faster than yesterday. Still got lost plenty of times, but kept my head, relocated, and minimized the loss. I need to work on running faster (in general and in the woods) and reading maps quickly and efficiently
