Pushups- 45 sec rest (ish) in between sets:
19, 19, 22, 22, 18, 18, 22, 30, 20

then 100Situps after ~45 sec rest
3:15 (70 in 120 sec...)
9 PM

Lift 40:00 [3]

Lift with Jake. Did plenty of benching- max right now is 125...
Then did a few rows and lat pulls
