UCL train with Highgate Harriers quite a bit, really different to Exeter training
I put myself in the B group doing 12x 400m and got lots of abuse for not being in the A group who were doing 10 x 1000m :P I don't even think that session would help me that much.
Not being used to the track I did the first few in 65/6 and soon regretted it, had to push hard on the last four to keep them 69 or below so I didn't look like a dick haha
