Jk Day 2
I was slightly annoyed about the previous day and really wanted to do well.
A year ago I took 20 mins on the British middle first control so I was so careful to begin with. I was basically so scared of getting lost my map contact was the best its ever been, and so I ended up pretty much having a faultless course. I got the best position I've ever had (6th) and only 2.30min down on the winner :D

JK Sprint
came 25, would have liked to be in the teens :/
The start of the course was going well and up until control 10 I was coming 8th but after mistake on 11 I basically lost it

Note
(rest day)

Will not be doing any training this week or anything that could get me injured in build up to the JK, you can't get any fitter within 2weeks of any event :)

Kerno event at Dumere wood
It was my first brown so I was not sure what to expect but it turned out okay.
First 3 controls I was slow on and was taking poor route choice.
4# I got more in to the map and spiked the control
5# I new exactly where I was going so nailed it, if I hadn't paid attention it could have gone badly because it was well hidden. I saw Kit heading the opposite way as I cam out
6# Good but my route choice meant that I had to spend a while climbing through this unmapped brambles
8# I wouldn't have called it a distinct tree but luckily saw red tape tag
10# I missed the path Junction that is was using an attack point so over shoot it
11-17# kit had caught up and he helped me on a few however I starting feeling the strain of running this sort of distance so slowed
18# I ran and hoped for the best and it turned out ok
19 to finish, all fine but probably could have gone harder
Overall good course with only one main mistake, need to get my stamina up if I want to go faster...
