A mini lie in on day off. Travelling to Highland Wolf weekender. Really looking forward to it. Hope to get a run in before long drive

Nice steady easy jog at approx 6:20 pace for 3km with 4 x 150m fast (3:20 pace) in middle - 1st fast after 1.5km, when felt warmed up.
