I arrived in Calgary before midnight yesterday and I got up at 5am for 6am training. It was a bit hectic.
Climbed 90% of a 5.11b, then up, down, and up a 5.10c. Ran out of time need to move faster.
Bouldering 40:00 [3]
Don't know if it was lactic acid from running or lack of sleep but climbed sort of crappy. Only got 2 C4's and fell of a lot of them. Time will tell if im just tired or got weaker.
