Tough work. Tired, hungry and very windy and cold. Felt comfy just lacking the next gear as a result. Most importantly enjoyable.

5 gradual 'longer' hills. Along the perimeter of the park next to the golf course up to the gate. Reverse of the downhill in the quaker.
