Bicycled to TPFM using a less than direct and rather hilly route, along Elm Ave. I had bicycled this route before but in the opposite direction. Bicycling it in this direction is definitely more strenuous.

Bicycled home from TPFM. The route was hilly but not as difficult as the route to TPFM. I explored some side streets that I had not traveled before, on the way home.

I'm taking a break (of indeterminate length) from bicycling. My left foot is a little sore, in the area of my smaller toes. I first noticed the soreness on Saturday night. It feels better today than it did yesterday but it seems like a good idea to take it easy for a few days.
