Alternating mini mazes and core exercises. Struggling a bit sliding on the mud

Jogging to training, 2 laps warm up, jogging home

Sort of doing 1k harder/1k easier but a bit half heartedly (they the hard/easy bits kept coinciding with the section of road I like to do the other on). Had a break after about 4k because there was a forest fire (!) and I wanted to check that someone had called the firemen.

Jogging down to meet hannah for yoga, then home afterwards.

Usual Monday Chapel House route. Efforts of various lengths on the loops, but nothing to strenuous because of yesterday.
