Idiotic route choice to number two, which I followed through despite being fully aware that it was stupid. I'm not entirely sure why that happened, tiredness perhaps. Silly me didn't wear full leg cover, and after braving it for the first 1 or so km the bracken got a bit much for me at around number 8 and I slowed down a lot (haven't looked at splits yet so I don't know how much I slowed compared to others). Other than number two and 9 (I think due to avoiding bracken) the route choice and navigation went smoothly. Distance judgement is definitely improving, although whether that's just because it's easier in the open, I don't know

9 x 300m with 300m jogging recovery (1:33, 1:13, 1:01, 1:03, 1:06, 1:01, 0:59, 1:01, 1:00) - first one uphill, second undulating, third downhill, rest mainly flat
1.4k jog

Didn't get back from parents' evening until late - had planned to go for a short jog but there was literally no time.

2 x 14 minute circuit with a break inbetween (probs longer than 2 minutes). Tried to go for a range of muscle groups and branched out into some wacky new exercises

I think all three of us needed an easier session. The hard bits we did we did pretty seriously but I think we jogged one running section and walk/jogged another
