V painful but sort of enjoyable with the whole zero pressure situation. Overtaking up and down the hills but getting caught up/painfully overtaken on the flat. I think I lose motivation when there isn't a clear point to head for

Felt so shite going up the hill from chapel house car to begin with, but gradually felt better. Threshold shuttles round the forest loop - abso no point trying to do anything sprinty as I feel a bit limp/headachey/dehydrated all the time
