Slow loop with hans (~1km) - distance judgement with distractions
Thicket loop (3km) - distance judgement over rocky/densely wooded terrain. Felt an improvement over the second loop, I normally find this kind of terrain really difficult but I was trying really hard not to get frustrated by slipping over and having sticks in my face and almost succeeding

Jogging round putting out and taking in controls. Felt so dead from testing - fine if I ran fast for a short distance but any longer than a couple of minutes and I started feeling faint and weird
