First off-road run in a while. Went over on each ankle once but not badly so I carried on. Lot's of physio exercises for me this evening.. Not tired from yesterday's run so maybe I should have gone a little faster

Felt really good, going slow but finding it quite easy. Ankle - perfect until I jarred it on a cattle grid, I think there's still a bit to be desired in terms of mobility
Organised an O event but it was postponed due to road closures/bad weather etc. Spent hours driving around to try to get there and back with the road closed so I didn't have time to train when I got in

Abbots Reading road loop. Finally figured out how to make my earphones stay in (jab v far in ears plus buff). Bit of doms from yesterday, mainly in glutes, ankle fine
