Running long (Path) 1:44:00 [3] 15.0 km (6:56 / km)

Silurian Way.
Knees didn't hurt but my shins still do a little.

Running (Hilly Path/track) 30:00 [4] 5.5 km (5:27 / km)

Heights. Felt fairly good on the hills and my didn't hurt until we stopped. Shins are hurting a bit now (90mins after)

Cycling 40:00 [4] 12.0 km (3:20 / km)

to Hannah's, along Fishouse Lane and back, up from Low wood and down Brow edge, then to the bottom of Back Lane

Running 10:00 [4] 2.0 km (5:00 / km)

Up Back lane to test my knees: Didn't hurt! Until I stopped to get back on my bike, but not whilst running.
