Three sets of five 1minute intervals with 30s walking/jogging recovery. Mixture of up and downhill. Perfectly aimed one of my breaks between sets to be right by the baby piggywinks. Aw
To Orienteering like a keen bean. I got lost and had to ask directions which is always a good and embarrassing start to an O' outing
