6 x 400m intervals with 30 seconds walking recovery and a little extra rest between 3 and 4 - maybe an extra 30 seconds ish
Times between 1.37 and 1.44
I think the people coming out of whitewater hotel may have found me a little odd..

Craazyyy! Most fun I've had on a cross country race for ages! Pretty awful result (292 I think) but such a good time :D
I really need to do more core and speed work - I'm all slow and wobbly compared to them

Left home late and I really wasn't feeling keen on that hill so I went the flatter way. Bad move - I forgot it was almost twice as far!
