Anything is a lovely break from revision.
Did all the glute and core exercises on the sheets I've acquired from various places plus some nice achilles strengthening stair bobbing

W18- Northern night champion woo! (out of all three of us)
Went pretty well considering I haven't done night orienteering for ages other than our tres grave race at nwjs.. I only got lost twice and once wasn't even that badly
