two 1km courses and three ~200m head to heads
On snow :D

Jogwalked it with Katie and Hannah. Pretty fun in a weird sort of way, and we didn't even get too lost

The parents went out and I wanted to watch more TV - it doesn't count as wasting time if you do circuits at the same time?
alternating one minute sit ups, one squats, one plank, half baby press ups, with the ad breaks as rest/recovery.

400m on, 400m just under threshold with a longer rest (400m? walking) between 2 and 3. Got the changeovers at all the right places for the first time. :D

Mummykins told me not to run today, and I sort of needed a rest so I thought I'd try revising on the trampoline
= Revising+exercise+practising reading and moving at the same time :D
ngl I'm quite proud of this

Only did it for half an hour because ice was forming on the trampoline and me toes were chilly

Stepping it up to two sets of 3 instead of 3,2
Really glad I went for that run yesterday, I reckon that what's stopped my legs from seizing up after cross country :)

Jogging up at the start, down at the end and down between sets. Plus (very) short drills session
Got to love the woods in the snow!

My knees didn't hurt and my hip was fine after the first 20 minutes :) I was only going to go for an hour but I came to a crossroads in my life ("in my liife, there is someone who touches my life..") with one way marked "home, revision, art exam practice" and the other marked Grassgarth, so I went to Grassgarth and found a path I'd never been down, Oh this looks exciting! About 15 minutes later hello Cartmel. Hello bramblebashing back to the road. Hello half an hour's run back up hill to get home..
Quite a nice run though - I shall remember this one for another time
