Was meant to do intervals but barely only me adam and megan showed (and megan went back after 5 minutes) so we decided to go for a nice little jog around the fishouse lane loop. Very hard training of course with absolutely no ice skating.
3 sets of 10x20second hills. On much better terrain than before (we could actually run, woo!) but I still managed to stick my feet in about ten rabbit holes which has resulted in rather ouchy knees.
