Running race (Cross Country) 19:45 [5] 4.51 km (4:23 / km)

First cross country in nearly a year. Ouch. Glad I didn't go to YBT as (judging by my current level of grouchyness and my jelly leggies after this) I'm pretty sure I would have been no help whatsoever.

The usual - 5x 2.5mins, 2.5mins recovery

Felt like raaabbish woo. Even jogging feels like a huge effort, I think maybe I need more sleep, and less exams. Was nice to have more company for a change - at least I didn't have to be scared of the murderers/bears/dogs/creeps in the forest this time :D

5x 50seconds with 70seconds recovery
First run with Carrie for over 2 months.. aand someone's been training at uni. Ouch.

Running warm up/down 10:00 [2]

Jogging up the usual track, and hearing a bit more of the Cambridge goss. Serious jealousy going on here.
