Long run with the parents, plenty of rain mud and irritating "humour". Plus the motherthing told me we were running on the road so I had the wrong shoes on.. So it was all jolly fun!

Ended up being quite a progressive threshold, I think I started off too slow, and some decisively ugly pitbull/bulldog/disgusting beasts sped me up on the last 2 minutes.
