Lost my compass in a marsh the size of haverthwaite, still found it #win
Shame about the orienteering, my heart just wasn't in it so I went for a bit of a fell run after I found my compass (I'd lost about half an hour and run back down the hill to the marsh by this point). Much more enjoyable, much less heather and felt much better

Recovered from being ill but I didn't feel great. Was with jenny and julie until I tied my shoelace at about 1.5k, then I just could not catch them up again.

After the Parkrun
8 x 40s w/ 80s standing recovery. Pain (average 194m each time)
770m effort straight after (3:12)

Map memory line course, looked at my map 9 times on the whole thing and resisted the rest of the time. Took the wrong path once at the start but the rest was good
