My legs weren't so happy on the hill, but they felt fine by the time I got to the newtpond junction. I still probably won't run tomorrow because of this monster run Trina's planning for Saturday

Idiot exhaust fell off the car so we had to cycle to the race. Which was actually really nice, although my legs definitely weren't too happy setting off home

My first 10k race yeahh
I wanted to do under 45 minutes, and I think I was on 44:twentysomething when my watch said 10k. Stupid extra bit, but hopefully I can do another and manage it. My knees are killing right now but didn't hurt much at all when I was running so god knows what their problem is.
